1.Heat 6.2 gallons of strike water to 132 F to achieve a mash-in temperature of 126 F
2.Follow step mashing schedule
3.Mash out between 154 F and 158 F. Add 1 gallon of sparge water heated to 175 degrees
4.Bring to boil
5.Follow hoping schedule
6.Add whirlfloc tablet at 15 min.
7.Chill to 62 F and ferment (fermentation should be complete in a week, but the cooler than average ale fermentation temperature can extend the time it takes for complete attenuation.)
