Add Flame-out hops when wort reaches 170F

Notes:
Excellent complex IPA. Initial sweet malt flavor (Golden Promise) with caramel and darker fruit undertones and a slightly spicy finish. Well balanced bitterness.

Notes:
2.5 weeks in bottle. Good carb, 3/4" tan head lasted about 2 minutes. Floral and spicy herbal aromas, crisp and clean bitterness, followed by malty, toffee notes and slightly toasted flavor. Clean finish, bitterness and some toffee caramel sweetness lingers.
