Intent is more fruity flavoured IPA that is black (not Cascadian roastiness) with as deep a colour, but as light an FG as we can push. The Mt. Hood is perhaps too earthy here and should be replaced with something more fruity/floral ...
First uncarbonated taste is very smooth and very light beer although it does taste "black" even without any roastiness. Bitterness is very light, definitely could push more IBUs, but we'll see if I got what I wanted after dry hopping.
