Special Instructions

1.
Heat 4 gallons of water for the mash to 160F
2.
Add grain, temp should be approx 152F. Rest for 60 minutes.
3.
Mashout for 10 minutes at 170F
4.
Fly Sparge, 60 minutes.

Notes:

Light, the head is very nice and stable. Similar to the Wanamango IPA from Harpoon, which was the profile I was aiming for. The hops make it a little less sweeter than the harpoon one. Will brew this one again!
