Notes:
Brew date Nov.12/19 with bottle date Dec.7/19. Dec 21/19 first tasting beer had a bite. Good flavour and aroma. Feb 15/20 the beer was nice and smooth. The bite was gone. Needs to be in the bottle for 2+ months. Keep potential brew date in mind for Christmas.
