Special Instructions

1.
Make tincture of vanilla bean and 4oz roasted cacao nibs in 6oz of bourbon. Soak for about 7 days.
2.
Strain tincture into mesh bag and add liquid to keg.
3.
Add 2oz whole coffee beans and .5 oz cracked coffee beans and add to mesh bag with vanilla bean and nibs. Add to fermenter 24 hours before kegging.
