Notes:
I had 2 bottles left of this batch cooled them down. I had bought a 6 pack of Guinness Stout, did a comparison, my beer was not as roasty as before and mellowed out quite a bit while the Guinness had a lingering bitterness to it. The sweetness has also faded in my beer and increased the carbination with better head retention....all in all, my beer turned out really good with a little aging.

Notes:
Pretty Roasty, mouthfeel is smooth, very little hop presence and a little sweetness, next time brewed make it with a 1/4 lb. of Black malt.
