Steep Grains with 2.5 gallons of water @ 150-165 for 20 minutes

Boil wort with LME, DME, and Maltodextrin @ 60

1oz Northern Brewer @ 60

.5oz Northern Brewer @ 45

Cool wort, transfer, add water to make 5 gallons

Pitch Yeast (do no rehydrate)

Primary Fermentation @ 64-72 for 5-7 days

Secondary Fermentation for 2 weeks

Bottle with 3.5oz priming sugar into 2 cups water (boiled for 5 minutes)

Notes:

Day 19 of conditioning, in fridge for 3 days. Just enough oak, barely any bourbon. That being said, this is going to be better with each month that goes by. The first sip was amazing. So happy.
