This is a Wild Rice Brown Ale. Great fall recipe and paired well with any wild game! This requires a deccoction serial mash for the wild rice. To do this, finely grind 2 Lbs of wild rice and normally grind 302 grams of pale 2 row malt. Add this to a boil pot and add 2 gallons of water. Slowly raise the temp to 158 degrees F. And hold for 20 minutes. Then bring to a boil and hold for 1 hour. Once done, add this to your mash.
