Special Instructions

1.
Steep the grains at about 155 for 30-40 minutes, sparge with 0.25 gallons at 170.
2.
Add the can of pumpkin to the boil with 2 minutes left
3.
Mix 1 cup vodka with a small 1oz jar pumpkin pie spice and a vanilla bean sliced lengthwise and chopped into half inch sections. Let sit together 4-5 weeks, add to secondary fermentor 3-4 hours before bottling.
