Notes:

Same as 1/11 Faint smell of yeast The cloves and spice definitely mellowed out over time, in fact the overwhelming taste now is lemon/cirtus - it tastes good but almost to sweet and no malt same as last tasting Very drinkable as a Shandy style with strong lemon taste, but didn't quite come out like the Weissbier I was aiming for.

Notes:

Color was spot on, clarity was good Nice pleasant smell, but not very strong Good Weissbeer taste with the cloves and banana, but still seeming a little strong on the banana (and maybe citrus) which gives kind of a sweet taste Not much body, didn't get much head either. maybe the carbonation was too low - it seemed to take a while to carbonate. Moderate beer. Taste profile was German Weiss beer, but came out a bit too German Weiss beer. Some others sepculate fermentation maybe needed to be a bit colder. I also did not manage to get much head despite a high % of wheat.

Notes:

Spot on color Faint banana and yeast smells Cloves, banana and citrus - the clove/spice flavor has subsided a bit and it's the banana/citrus that stands out. It's like lemon has already been added. Light , with the sweet hitting your palate first. Little head. It's there at first pout but dissipates very quick. Pretty good as far as taste profile goes but it's still too intense. If the banana/citrus would mellow a bit it would be real nice. Right now it's a shandy.
