Special Instructions

Lactose 10g/L whirlpool ¦¦¦ Coffee 3g/L at F/O for 5 mins ONLY.

Mash at 68/69*C for 45 mins. Mash with 7L of water.

2 stage rinse with 4.5L then another 4.5L at 76 *C.

Substitute Invert sugar with 12g B/s Molasses and 28g coconut palm sugar and 150g dark soft brown sugar
