Started out at as a Oatmeal stout base with 96 ounces of cherry puree. The puree watered it down quite a bit. The puree also didn't give it enough flavor or aroma.

I thought it was a lost cause so for fun I added a 1/2 pound of lactose and another pound of frozen cherries to the remaining 2.5 gallons. It turned into a completely different beer. A great sweet stout with subtle cherry aroma.

A mutant, Jubilee had the superhuman power to generate "sparkles" out of her hands, consisting of explosive plasma. A teenage "mall rat," she was the X-Men's youngest member in the early 1990s, often playing sidekick to Wolverine.

Secondary on cherry puree for 3 weeks

Force carb at 12psi for 2 weeks

Pop that cherry.

Add lactose and 1 pound of cherries to keg
