Special Instructions
1.Collect enough bottled spring water for the recipie. Make a yeast starter the day before.
2.At full krausen (~24 hours after pitching), drop temperature to ~45F for ~14 days.
3.Raise temperature to ~62F for 3 days.
4.Rack into glass carboy, and slowly drop temperature (over 5 days) to ~35F.
5.Allow to Lager for ~2 months before bottling or kegging.
