Mash was 65 for half hour, 68 for half hour. Mashout for ten mins at 72. Whirlflock added at last 15 mins of boil

Fermented at 18 deg C.

    This turned out fantastic, bit sharp at start but after 3 months of aging it was beautiful. Next time I'll have to let it age before I devour half of it.
