Special Instructions

1.
Mash grains at 152? F for one hour.
2.
Boil for one hour adding hops at schedule and cocoa last 10 minutes of boil.
3.
Once beer goes in secondary add coconut extract and adjust to taste.
4.
Over next 7 to 10 days sample beer adjusting cocoa and coconut taste. add chocolate extract if more chocolate is desired rack when coconut has reached level you want. or add vanilla if desired
