Notes:

Opened a few bottles today...Happy New Year, the malty, caramel, hop is just so well rounded...not going to touch this recipe....brew again for sure.

Really good color...malty, caramel sweetness flavor not to hoppy, just what you would expect in a I.R....excellent!!
