Special Instructions

Soak 3.33 oz cacao nibs in bourbon one week
2.
Add drunken nibs to secondary for one week
3.
Make cold brew coffee with 3.33 oz Sumatra for 24 hrs.
4.
Add coffee at bottling/kegging
5.
3.33 oz corn sugar for bottling
6.
Age this beer 4 weeks minimum
7.
Hopheads=do not add more hops or you'll f@!& it up

Chocolate malt is Briess organic 350L
9.
4 and a half gallons heated to 175 for mash, let sit 60 min.
10.
2 gallons batch sparge at 170
11.
Current batch has no flavor hops. Sample Nov 17 as is
