Roast (2) cans of Libby's 100% pumpkin in oven for 30 min at 350F

Mash w/pumpkin at 154F for 60 min
3.
Boil for 70 minutes w/hop additions
4.
Add (1) can of roasted pumpkin and brown sugar w/5 minutes left in boil
5.
Add .5 tbsp McCormicks Pumpkin Pie Spice at flameout
6.
10 day primary
7.
add .5 tbsp to secondary and age for 2-3 weeks
