Special Instructions
1.30 minute protein rest at 122°F with 2.5 gallons.
2.heat to 156°F for 30 minute mash.
3.Mash out at 168°F over 10 minutes.
4.Boil, add Irish Moss at 10 minutes left in the boil.
5.7 day Primary, 7 day secondary.
6.Bottle with 3.25 oz DME. Condition at least 4 weeks.
