I have done the sweet chocolate stouts but this one i want to be a strong powerful stout not for the faint. My wife came up with the name to go with my Blackbeard and love of pirates.

I love this beer, turned out the way I expected. A full thick consistency, boozy, a little will make your head spin, dark grain flavors. 12 oz is about all I care for as it's a heavy beer. I am finding about 50% of those that try it like it, that 50% mostly being craft beer drinkers who can appreciate it.
