5.25 gal @ 6% ABV. Nice, mild, floral/herbal aroma. A bit of a dry stout. Semi-sweet up front with a slight roasty, bitter aftertaste. Somewhat thicker mouthfeel. This is like a super Guinness. I like this kind of stout, not sweet. Very dark and opaque. The mash temp got too high ~ 158 degrees. Which accounts for the thicker mouthfeel and lower ABV.
