Double batch sparge till 4 gallons pre-boil volume

Boil 60 min.

Irish moss at 45 minute mark in boil

Add Centennial hops at flame out and steep 15 min.

Add sugar at flame out

Chill to 62 F. and rack to secondary after primary complete
