3.Chill wort to 65*F - pitch yeast, let it self rise to 82* F and hold for 5 days
4.When temp drops to 65*F (by day 7 ) rack off into secondary
5.Chill to 50*F for 7 weeks
6.Prime with 2.1 oz corn sugar
7.Bottle condition = 3 weeks
