Special Instructions

1.
Boil wort 90 min.
2.
Add sugar and orange peel to boil @ 15 min remaining
3.
Make Yeast starter. Oxygenate well.
4.
I used WLP568 and it turned out great.
5.
Start fermentation at 20 C and increase gradually to 27 C.
6.
Start checking SG after 10 days.
7.
Add mango pure along with dry hops. Purge headspace with CO2.
8.
High-ish carbonation: 3 vol
