All Grain Lambic homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Golden Promise - UK, White Wheat - US, Blueberry Puree, Honey Malt - CA, Fermentis Safale US-05 Homebrew Yeast, Goodbelly Lacto Homebrew Yeast.
Going forward, I would either want to add fruit both in the boil and cold secondary or just in cold secondary. The blueberry sweetness fermented out, leaving a little more savory flavor than expected. Still good. And holy shit does Goodbelly make for a sour beer!
