All Grain Plus Extract London Brown Ale homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Pilsner - US, Munich - Light 10L - US, Rye - US, Crystal Rye - UK, --- spacer ---, Pale 2-Row - US, Flaked Rye - US, Dry Malt Extract - Extra Light - US, Chocolate Rye Malt - DE, Midnight Wheat - US, Hersbrucker Hops, Tradition Hops, Danstar Nottingham Homebrew Yeast, Whilifloc.

13% - Munich - Light 10L - US
10% - Dry Malt Extract - Extra Light - US
10% - Chocolate Rye Malt - DE
Brewing water: 1/2 cold tap, 1/2 distilled.
Cold steep "dark" grains (B, choc rye and 'nite wheat) for 24 hours in 3/4 gallon. Pasturize 30 min at 170F.
Mash glucan/protien rest 120F, 30 min flaked rye with 1lb "light" grains then combine with rest of mash at 155F
Add chilled "dark" wort to cool boil to 170F to pasturize, add last Hersbruker ounce
Cool boiled wort with 1.5 gal sterile ice.
