Single step infusion mash at 156F for one hour

Sparge at 168F

Boil for 60 minutes

Add hops at start of boil (60 minutes)

Add Irish moss at 10 minutes (Before end of Boil)

Chill wort to 68F and take OG reading
7.
Transfer wort to fermentor and add yeast
8.
Ferment 14 days
9.
Take FG reading and package beer
