Special Instructions

1.
Anvil Electric Brewer. 6.5 gallons of water @ 159 degrees. Rice hulls 1 pound, set for 10 minutes, then add grain. Lower temp to 153. Slow mix of grain. Sit for 10 minutes, then start pump. Stir every 15 minutes.

One gallon of sparge water at 175 degrees. Turn unit to boil while sparge is draining.
