Add hops at start of boil (60 minutes)

Chill wort to 68F and take OG reading
7.
Transfer wort to fermentor and add yeast
8.
Ferment 14 days
9.
Take FG reading and package beer

Excellent Color, and nice smoky finish. A little fizzy. Turned PSI down on Key and will let condition for another week
