Special Instructions

1.
Boil for 90 min
2.
Add dried malt extract and maple syrup to boil
3.
Steep cherries in 2 liters of wort for 30 min. Strain out cherries and add this wort at end of boil.
4.
Add oxygen and pitch WLP007 from 1 liter yeast starter
5.
Ferment @ 18 C for 1 week. Raise temp to 20 C, add spices and give it another week or two
6.
Prime with sugar – 6 g/l
