Special Instructions
1.Mash grains at 153 deg F for 60 minutes using 1.3 quarts of water per pound of grain. For 12.375 pounds of grain mash with 4 gallons of water.
2.Sparge with 170 deg F water until wort in kettle reaches 7 gallons.
3.Boil wort for 90 minutes adding the entire hop addition at beginning of boil.
4.After 90 minutes of boiling, cool wort to 68 degrees, aerate, and pitch yeast.
