Notes:
Topped off with tail end runnings from JuiceBox4 (pilsner, wheat, aromatic, oats, honey, carapils - OG 1.021) to reduce contact with oxygen.

Notes:
Original yield split between barrel (majority, left headspace for krausen) and carboy (remainder, <1/2 gal). Barrel received Roselare, while carboy received US-05. Plan to transfer finished beer from carboy to barrel to fill headspace after primary fermentation complete.
