Notes:

Fermented in 5 gal glass carboy, which was not big enough, resulting in a loss of quite a bit of krausen / yeast through the bung during primary. Topped off with tail end runnings from JuiceBox4 (pilsner, wheat, aromatic, oats, honey, carapils - OG 1.021) to reduce contact with oxygen.

Notes:

Brewed 8/28 as a double batch (5 gal for this sour, 6 gal for a kettle sour). Not sure what happened, but OG is way over estimate (should have been 1.050 at 60% efficiency, but came out at 1.068 for 5 gal). OG 1.068, BRIX 16.5
