Northern Illinois Pale Ale Low IBU, hazy and juicy - quick turnaround beer
4% - Acidulated Malt - DE
9% - Maris Otter Pale - UK
5% - Corn Sugar (Dextrose) - US
Coopers Coopers Homebrew Yeast
add Gypsum and 1/2 tsp malic acid, 1/2 tsp citric acid to mash water

Notes:
It was an OK IPA, although fermentation temp or coopers yeast left too much fusel alcohols and you could taste them. haziness and mouthfeel were good
Notes:
still in fermenter, but adding dry hops allows an explosion of fruit juiciness into me nose!!
