Special Instructions

1.
Before mash, add 1/4 campden tablet per 5 gal (dechlorination)
2.
For BiaB, make sure mash hits 148-149 after stirring
3.
Shut off burner, cover with lid and a blanket for 60 min
4.
Drain grain into another pot with colander if possible
5.
Return drainings after 15-30 minutes
6.
Add irish moss 20 minutes before end of boil
