All Grain Vienna Lager homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Maris Otter Pale - UK, Vienna - DE, Caramel/Crystal 60 - US, CaraMunich III - DE, Belgian Dark Candi Sugar - BE, Nugget Hops, Saaz Hops, Imperial Czech Lager - Urkel Homebrew Yeast.
1.Steep all specialty grains for 15minutes at 65C. Rinse out caramel bag in cold water.
2.Remove bag and bring water back to Strike temp.
3.Mash Maris Otter at 66C for 60min. Ferment at 16C to 18C is a must for 30days. Condition at 18C
4.Carb at 2.5Volume
