American Stout 11/30/2016 . It has Chocolate, Midnight Wheat and Belgian Special X to darken it. I brewed it at night since the weather was still nice in Chicago. Its dark. Beginning to seriously drink this after Jan 10 2017 from keg - its creamy and smooth and one of the best beers I've made. I'm proud to serve this one !!

Notes:

Keg's probably more than 1/2 empty now.... a great beer to finish off a night!! This is so creamy and fun to drink. The special B(x) REALLY came out (Pro Brewers notice it after 1st sip)
