Notes:
OK. Its been sitting in fermenter at 45-50F - cloudy, a bit hoppy from the dry hops and sweet-ish. Its probably terminal at FG: 1.020 The T-58 seems to have a hard time cleaning up, but lends a peppery estery flavor.
