Special Instructions

1.
Steep for 60 minutes between 144 and 152
2.
At 60 minutes increase Heath to 170, turn off heat.
3.
Add Coriander after 50 minutes of boil.
4.
Add Orange peels at 55 minutes with 1st Amarillo.
5.
Add Candi Syrup at flame out.
