Notes:

Sweet start then a mild bitter finish. Well carbonated. Had to get new CO2 cylinder.

Notes:

Carbonation stone giving me a few problems. but got it going, slowly. That's why the 30 psi. Tasted very good. Not sure what flavors I tasted but sweet initial and finish with a hop bitter.

Drained out hops sludge. Put fermenter in garage. 41 deg. F. Tasted hoppy with a bitter finish...but ok! Aroma was good. smelled like beer. 1.021 sg

After getting the dispensing system set up, the beer tastes pretty good. the second try yielded a nice carbonic bite along with chocolate flavor. Hopefully it will continue to improve.

Gave the finished product a whirl, let it set 10 min and removed 1 qt of trub. 1.062

Notes:

Discharged some trub. About a quart. Not semisolid poop as like before, very liquid. Took sample 1.030. Did not taste as liquid was semi yeast thick. Good color. Head in fermenter has settled out.
