Special Instructions

4 oz of Semi-sweetened Girardelli Baking choc at boil

1 oz of unsweetened bakers chocolate at boil
3.
Transferred to keg on 12-6 (10 days)
4.
Cold-crashed & xferred to another keg on 12-17
5.
Added 9oz Maple syrup & 9oz water on 12-17 (5.5 gal total)

Notes:

tasted on 1-13,still WAAAY too much maple. Drained 2 more gallons (3 remaining in keg). Need to add 1 gallon of plain stout to bring maple ration down to approx 6oz per 5 gallons.

Notes:

Added 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 4 Vanilla beans, 1 cinnamon stick (crushed) Tasted VERY strong maple. may need to drain 1.5 gallons then add plain stout
