Found out 26lbs is a little too much for my mash tun, had to dial back the amount of water in the mash. Still turned out great imo. Excellent beer for hot summers. Have done it with Xythos for the Amarillo, still good but prefer the Amarillo when available. Have tasted the same recipe from a friend that just used Amarillo and Simcoe and I liked it even better. Will be playing around with this one again this summer.
