Tasting Notes (1)

Doolic

Tasted on 12/3/2016 by Doolic

Notes:

A thin/medium body. Amber colour, beautifully clear, looks like a classic bitter. A fine creamy head from the barrel. A lowish but decent and pleasant carbonation. Aromas much more delicate than previous brews using new world hops, and quite hard to discern and place. Taste not fruity, more earthy and herbal, very subtle. A classic English bitter.
