Special Instructions

Treat water to about 150 ppm CaCO3.
2.
Heat 2.5 gallons (9.5 L) of strike water to 161F (72C).

Mash in pale malt and crystal malt first, then stir dark.
4.
Boil 90 minutes. Ferment at 70F (21C).
