Special Instructions
1.Primary fermenter for 1 week.
2.Add 2 oz. of honey and 1/4 tbsp. of gelatin at secondary fermentation.
Dark reddish amber color. Caramel malt and a hint of yeast. Sweet caramel and honey flavor. On the light end of medium bodied. Good amount of carbonation. Good enough. Maybe try some different hops and more honey on the next batch. Also prime with honey.
