scott "best beer to date. awesome aroma and great taste. right amount of bitterness. carb is off a little bit, but to be expected a week in. I would happily pay for this beer if I was at a bar."
Notes:
Holy crap this brewed out better than I hoped. The color is spot on. The taste is beautiful, with a subtle bitterness on the back end. Need to build up the aroma a little more, but otherwise this one is a keeper.
