10 min - 2# corn sugar, 1 oz cascade

5 min - 1 oz cascade

0 min - 2 oz cascade

15 min hop stand
8.
cool to 94 F
9.
pitch double pack of yeast and whisk for 2 minutes
10.
pour into primary fermenter and put blow off hose on
