Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains for 30 mins, using 2 grain bags (1lb each) starting @ 160F in 2 gallons.
2.
Add yeast nutrient @ 10 mins prior to flameout.
3.
Ferment for minimum of 2 weeks, then cold crash for 2 days before bottling.

Notes:

From fermenter. Nice clean, dry flavor. Slightly nutty (nice). On the light side, but not sweet, which is surprising given that the OG was low and the FG high.
