OG was 1.072 and FG ended up being 1.022. Original recipe called for 1 lb of cane sugar which I substituted Light DME.
9 years agoSlight fruity aroma, very nice hop flavor up front and malty on the back end.
9 years agoKiller brew... had me guessing on the hops, thought it was citra and centennial with some mystery... Definitely brew this again.
9 years agoFirst time I had a brew with such weight of hop at the end... didn't taste like you'd think, has me rethinking writing recipes.
